Orders & Shipping
All orders are shipped out of our distribution centers in Athens or Mykonos, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.
Bollicine Mykonos offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, in which case the product will be tagged with the label “More Stock Coming Soon”. In this case you have the possibility of making an advance payment for an advance purchase by contacting our customer service. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to Bollicine Mykonos. Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Bollicine Mykonos. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register. your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock. In this case we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand might sell out again by the time you receive our email.
Some of our products might be available upon request only, which means that we will order them from our supplier based on a customer’s specific order. In this case they will be tagged with the label “Pre-Order”. Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

* Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order. Bollicine Mykonos does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.
Bollicine Mykonos shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control. When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.
During the checkout, you have the possibility to choose if you want your order, or some items in your order, to be sent as gifts with an extra charge of 5 euros. This includes a gift packaging and a gift exchange card with instructions on how to exchange the gift with another item. You can also write a personal message that will be included in your gift on a handwritten card. You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient’s details in the Shipping Address during the checkout and you will be informed by email when the gift has been delivered. The order’s invoice will be sent only to you by email.
